LA Buildings has the ability to manufacture and assemble units with insulated panels as a basic building element, which are available in 14.5 m2 and 18 m2, respectively. These structures are joined together according to the preferences and needs of the buyer and the space desired is formed. In this way of construction we create an environment suitable for holiday homes, Airbnb accommodation, small hotels, leisure facilities and many other uses. Insulated panels help us to quickly and economically construct one of the above projects without being any different from a conventional construction. The advantages brought by such a construction are very significant:
- Low construction costs (about 1/3 of the price of a conventional house).
- High-quality insulation and ideal conditions (temperature and humidity) inside the house.
- No need for maintenance of the exterior masonry since it consists of panels which do not need any kind of maintenance.
- Variety of colours and shapes for the exterior masonry (imitation wood panels, imitation brick panels, imitation tile panels for the roof).
- Interior environment similar to a conventional country house using plasterboard or even wood (wooden house).
- Ability to heat the house within 2 hours regardless of the outside temperature and days of non-use of the house.
- Ease of construction of all necessary installations (plumbing, electrical).
Extra Information
- No need to worry about transportation. We will take full care of the delivery of your order from the warehouses of the logistic company we work with, to any location in Greece.
- If you buy more living units (panel houses), in cooperation with our logistics department, we calculate the required loading space individually, taking into account one or more delivery addresses.
- It does not matter if it is a sea or road transport, our logistics department will take care of all procedures.
- Transport costs are calculated individually for each order and are subject to agreement between seller and buyer.
- We include all material certificates, from transport pallets to the smallest detail of the set, in the order file.
- Unloading of goods. This is a stage that is usually performed by our company. The unloading date is usually known a few days in advance, so you can prepare for it.
